I remember very well the time when the first Resident Evil from Paul Anderson (Paul W. S. Anderson) hit the big screens. The headlines of the gaming and near-game press then were full of puns in the spirit of “Zombies are quiet here,” and the reviews themselves were mostly full of enthusiasm. I also succumbed to the charm of this film and since then I have not missed a single part, trying to watch them on the day of the premiere. BLUE REFLECTION: SECOND LIGHT
The Blue Reflection dilogy is somewhat similar to Persona – here, too, a lot is built around emotions and inner experiences, the characters enter worlds created by memories, fight demons there, and after that they return to school and communicate a lot with each other. The ILCA team was involved in the development of remakes, that is, Game Freak is not related to the updated versions. This is noticeable – the authors for the most part limited themselves to transferring the two-dimensional “skeleton” to 3D. The Sinnoh region looks exactly the same: houses, trees, fences, and bushes are located in the same places as in the originals, and the dialogue has not changed. Continue reading
