As usual, the loudest and, of course, the most desired releases fell into the first category of goods. You have probably heard about these games many times from news and reviews. Well, now it’s time to get to know them better.
Half-Life, but not that one. The collection opens with a project of incredible proportions, a fan-made remake of an innovative shooter, a remake that took 15 long years to release. In Shin Megami Tensei V, things move fast. Here we are sitting in a lesson in a Japanese school, and after a few minutes we find ourselves in an alternative, destroyed version of Tokyo and fight demons. It sounds like something from Persona 5, but fans of the series for such comparisons can call an unkind word, because Persona is a spin-off of the SMT series. The Sam & Max Save the World remaster came out last December. Then the developers from the Skunkape team assured us that the rest of the seasons would sooner or later be re-released. We didn’t have to wait long – Sam & Max: Beyond Time and Space Remastered, an updated version of the second season from the Telltale Games trilogy, will be released this week. Continue reading
